I’m Heather Noelle. I’ve been a Business Consultant and Virtual Assistant running my own business for over 5 years now, and I love EVERY second of it!
I am delighted to be guiding women in the physical and mental wellness space to create & carry out actionable plans that elevate, enhance, & expand their business through my Consulting and VA Services.
My mission is to help those beautiful souls out there who love to nurture and guide others to become sustainable, organized, efficient and confident in both their business, and themselves.

Where It All Started
The honest to God truth is, back in 2014, I launched Heather Noelle Virtual Assistance kinda by ACCIDENT!
Yep. You read that right. My business conveniently fell into my lap when I needed it desperately.
You see, I never found myself aspiring to be a business owner, or even working in an “office setting”. Truth be told I was kind of lost and not sure WHAT to do with my life. I’d always had a job, but not anything I could make a career out of, and nothing seemed to catch my attention for a legitimate career path.
My journey as a VA began while I was 6 months pregnant with my son. The vision of being able to work from home & provide an income for my growing family was growing ever more persistent. I didn’t want to (nor could we afford to!) pay for childcare or spend most of my child’s life away from him.
My job at the time was also not being very accommodating with the complications I was experiencing during the pregnancy, beyond the bare minimum of extending attendance protection when I wasn’t able to work. I came home in so much back pain one night that my husband told me to QUIT my job.
I was *TERRIFIED* but something told me it was the right thing to do. For the first couple of weeks I enjoyed a little “vacation”, but financial worry (Hello, diapers and formula!) started to set in and I decided to start freelancing doing basic admin work online.
I had NO idea that it would turn into the fulfilling business it is today. With each job completed, I started gaining skills and knowledge — And failing forward. A LOT. — and before I knew it, I came into contact with my first long-term client, a Health & Wellness Coach & Nutritionist.
Working with her provided me an amazing opportunity to dive into the thriving health and wellness space working alongside an established professional in the field. As her business elevated, I gained on-the-job experience with email marketing, admin services, graphic design and SO much more.
Over time & as my client base grew, my passion for assisting those working in health & wellness blossomed. Teaching and guiding others to take care of their physical & mental well-being is SUCH an important mission! And my place is supporting the amazing individuals who have chosen this mission as their calling.
